"Bathurst - A foretaste of heaven in twenty-eleven" - Music for Ascension & Pentecost

The 56th Annual RSCM Summer School will be held from 4 - 11 January at Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, NSW.

Director: Matthew Owens - Organist & Master of the Choristers, Wells Cathedral, UK

Organist: Peter Jewkes - Organist, Christ Church St Laurence, Sydney

Youth Choir Director: David Russell - Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta

Program

The daily program will include choir practices, devotionals, tutorials and presentations from distinguished church musicians from across Australia and beyond.

Church Venues

Summer School Participants and visitors will have the opportunity to participate or attend services in the following city churches:

• Bathurst Uniting Church
• St Michael & St John Roman Catholic Cathedral
• All Saints' Anglican Cathedral
• Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Kelso

Chaplain

The chaplain for the 2011 Summer School will be the Reverend Canon Anne Wentzel, Rector of St John's Mudgee and former Precentor of St Paul's Cathedral, Melbourne.
